Wow — Catherine was an amazing agent. We were lookin for an all cash investment property that was a good deal. Our original find did not work out, but she found an even better option after. She then did all the leg work of getting contractor to look at cost of fixes etc so we could dial in our offer. She had inspector and everything lined up. Every question we had she had an expert to help us, including a connecting us with a property manager that was able to give us rental comps pre-purchase. I am so impressed — what a great experience (and a great property find!!).
